Over a period of 75 days of a client's service anniversary SOS is actively monitoring, communicating and tracking both Adviser and Client service requirements, including the ability to generate Service and Opt-in reports and maintains a constant client focus to ensuring all FoFO requirements are meet.
The Adviser is notified of every process to ensure continuity of service with Client File notes automatically being up-dated for compliance and administration requirements.
